Walk to Cure Diabetes – Team K&H
Team K&H exceeded its fundraising goal again in 2011 for the annual JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. Our walkers did an outstanding job in raising $4,281 to help find a cure for Type I Juvenile Diabetes.

K&H Summer Community Projects
Kiemle & Hagood Company participated in another successful community project day at the YMCA’s Camp Reed facility. Our task this year was to help build new docks for the camp’s swimming area. Thank you to all our employee volunteers and also the YMCA for allowing us to help out.

K&H – Our Sister’s Closest Necessity Donation Drive
K&H also participated in a Necessity Donation Drive to benefit the YWCA’s Our Sister’s Closet Program. This program is now part of the Opportunity Center and is designed to help women get the job, keep the job, and build a career! Our Sister’s Closet provides women with the appropriate wear-to-work attire and necessary items.
