K&H and the Community
K&H and 2007 "Walk to Cure Diabetes" - Saturday, September 29, 2007
K&H recently participated in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's (JDRF) Walk at Spokane's Riverfront Park on Saturday, September 29th. K&H raised $12,700 to help find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes and was the largest corporate team with 63 walkers.
This overwhelming event participation truly shows that K&H associates and employees are always willing to lend a helping hand!

K&H Community Project Day at Camp Reed -Saturday, April 28, 2007
Thank you to all the volunteers who participated in the Community Project Day at Camp Reed. The event was a huge success and greatly appreiciated by the YMCA. The following is a special "thank you" message from their organization.
Dear Kiemle & Hagood,
"From the bottom of our hearts the Camp Reed staff and board thank your team so much for spending the K&H Community Project Day with us revitalizing the Challenge Course. There has been so much appreciation for the work that was accomplished on the course that day. When we mention 75 YARDS of bark, there is often a look of "wonder." Our Challenge Managers were on the course the following Monday and couldn't believe their eyes, as to how much work had been done. Thank you for your help and care in our community. Thousands of local youth and adults will benefit this year from your work."
