Lorraine Brooks joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in 1997 and is the Director of our Multi-Family Management Division, and Property Manager for the Residential Management Divsion of Kiemle & Hagood Company, which includes market rate apartments and HUD-subsidized housing for elderly, low-income families and people with special needs, physical/mental disability and HIV/AIDS. Lorraine also oversees the Service Coordinator Programs and the Neighborhood Network Programs, which have been established as various housing complexes.
Lorraine is a licensed REALTOR® and has worked in the residential and commercial property management industry for 17 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth College.
