Shannon Meagher is Program Director of the Community Building Division. This Division manages the City of Spokane's Housing Rehabilitation and Roofs Only Repair and Replacement Program. As Program Director she is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the Division, including the City of Spokane's Programs, as well as development and consulting and grant writing.
Since 1989, Shannon has had extensive experience with government-funded affordable housing development and management. Shannon joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in 2000, but has been involved with administering the City's rehab programs since 1999.
Shannon holds a Masters in Public Administration (1989, Old Dominion University, Virginia) and a Bachelor's in Government (1986, Eastern Washington University). Highlights of continuing education include Assessing Lead Based Paint in Local Housing Programs, Critical Issues in Washington Construction, Project Management, Cost Reduction for Single-Family Rehabilition and New Construction, Design Development for Project Managers, and Design Review for Project Managers.
