- Has represented Blockbuster Video, Radio Shack, Ace Hardware, Jack-in-the-Box, McDonald's, Great Clips, CSK Auto Imagine Orthodontics, Petco, Best Buy, Washington Trust Bank, Inland NW Bank and Hancock Fabrics.
- Development and leasing of two 80,000 - 100,000 square foot Safeway anchored shopping centers in Spokane.
- Successfully leased 180,000 square foot Albertson's anchored shopping center in Hayden, Idaho.
- Leased 35,000 sqaure feet to Hastings, Spokane, Washington.
- Negotiated a 25,000 square foot build-to-suit with Best Buy in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.
- Participated in redevelopment of the shopping center at Sprague and Sullivan. Tenants include Walgreen's, Hancock Fabrics and Greenbacks.
- Sold seven acres in front of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho Costco for the development of a shopping center.
- Recently completed 52,000 SF deal with Joe's Sporting Good and 20,000 SF deal with Fred's Appliance at Evergreen Crossing.
