Jim Watson is an Associate Broker for Kiemle & Hagood Company, one of Spokane's largest property management and commercial real estate companies. The sale and leasing of industrial, investment and commercial properties has been his primary focus since joining Kiemle & Hagood Company in September, 1976. He has also prepared numerous estimates of value for estate and business planning purposes.
In addition to the transactions listed below, he has sold manufacturing and processing plants for the Weyerhaeuser Corporation, Nalley's Fine Foods, and Fletcher Challenge Canada. Also, he is one of 5,000 REALTORS® nationwide who hold the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®. The requirements for obtaining this designation include successfully completing a series of five week-long courses dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate, passing a rigorous comprehensive examination, and achieving an above-average level of sales production.
