Lou Neeser is a Senior Property Manager and Construction Manager for Kiemle & Hagood Company, one of Spokane's largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Lou is a licensed REALTOR® and has more than 20 years experience in Property Management, Construction Management and Facilities Management. He joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in 1994 and was quickly promoted to Construction Manager for the Single Family Housing Rehabilitation Program, administered through the City of Spokane. He has extensive background in commercial and residential construction as a Project Manager, in addition to being a Facility Manager, Real Estate Appraiser and Housing Inspector.
Lou works primarily as Property Manager in the Commercial Property Management division of Kiemle & Hagood Company, overseeing a variety of properties including office buildings, industrial parks, large retail malls and strip centers. He is also involved with the Housing Rehabilitation Division as the Construction Manager, resolving issues between the contractors and homeowners.
