Steve J. McIntosh is an Managing Broker in the Brokerage Division of Kiemle & Hagood Company, one of Spokane's largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Steve is a licensed REALTORŪ and has worked in the real estate profession for over 30 years. He joined Kiemle & Hagood Company's Brokerage Division in 1988, specializing in acquisition work, investment properties and development properties. Given his background, a great deal of emphasis has been placed on working in various capacities with financial institutions. Prior to Kiemle & Hagood Company, he was the Vice President and Manager of Corporate Real Estate for Old National Bank and US Bank. His responsibilities included branch development, site acquisition, property management and a number of sale-leaseback transactions. These sale-leasebacks required assurances of market capitalization rates compliance with general accounting procedures, structuring the transaction in order to not create a capital lease.
In 1975 Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Planning from Eastern Washington University. In addition to handling his own commercial property listings portfolio and maintaining a large client base, Steve is, or has been, actively involved with many trade, civic and community organizations.
