Tom Quigley is the corporate President/CEO and Director of the Brokerage Division for Kiemle & Hagood Company, Spokane's largest property management and commercial real estate companies. Tom is a licensed REALTORŪ and has worked in the real estate profession for 35 years. He joined Kiemle & Hagood Company's Brokerage Division in 1975, became Manager of the Brokerage Division in 1980 and a full partner in January, 1987. In January, 2001 Tom became President & CEO of Kiemle & Hagood Company. He is a licensed Broker in Washington and Idaho, and is the Kiemle & Hagood Company Designated Broker in both states.

- Co-developed three new supermarkets in Pasco, Kennewick and West Richland, Washington for local investment partnerships.
- Represented Tidyman's Grocery Stores in the sale/leaseback of two stores -- Post Falls, Idaho and Kalispell, Montana.
- Represented the Spokane Symphony Society in the acquisition of the historic Fox Theatre for rehabilitation to new Symphony Hall.

In January, 1975 Tom Quigley graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Business and Economics at Washington State University. Since that time, he has completed numerous continuing education courses concerning various aspects of real estate.
