- SALE of the former Spears Furniture store (35,865 SF) in the City of Spokane Valley, WA (Mr. Whiteford acted as Selling Co-Broker).
- SALE of a 10.8 acre site for development of a Safeway and Office Depot in the City of Spokane Valley (Mr. Whiteford acted as Selling Broker).
- SALE of a 104 acre site in North Spokane for the development of the Northpointe Plaza (a 465,000 SF regional power center) and other business and medical uses (Mr. Whiteford acted as Selling Broker).
- LEASE of 30 stores in Eastern Washington and North Idaho to Starbucks.
- LEASE of over 49,000 SF Sportsman's Warehouse store and an 11,500 square foot small shop building in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
- SALE of a 10.1 acre site in the Spokane Valley to Target Stores (Mr. Whiteford acted as Listing and Selling Broker).
- LEASE of 14 Staples stores in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Eastern Oregon.
