Chris Schreiber is an Associate Broker in Kiemle & Hagood Company's Coeur d'Alene Office. He is a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington. Chris joined the Brokerage Division of Kiemle & Hagood Company in 2009, and has worked in commercial real estate since 1991, including time with CB Richard Ellis, Charles R. Wilson & Associates and Abergel & Associates. Chris focuses on commercial and investment real estate in North Idaho, in which he represents Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants.
Mr. Schreiber is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business with more than 2,500 hours of real estate specific education through USC, the Appraisal Institute, the California Department of Real Estate, the Office of Real Estate Appraisers, the Idaho Mediation Association, the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, Idaho Real Estate Commission, the Commercial Brokers Association, the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
In 2008, Chris obtained the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Chris is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), the National Association of REALTOR® (NAR), a trustee of the Spokane-Kootenai Real Estate Research Committee, a member of the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene Trader's Clubs, Vice Chairman of the Sandpoint Urban Renewal Agency and Vice President of the Bonner Community Housing Agency.
