LORI TROYER IS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER FOR KIEMLE & HAGOOD COMPANY, Spokane largest property management and commercial real estate company. The department's sole purpose is to manage a select group of Homeowner Association (HOA) accounts. Lori joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in 2001 as part of the Community Building Team. She worked with homeowners and contractors in completing home repair projects. Prior to her employment with Kiemle & Hagood Company, Lori was the Finance and Insurance Manager at Honda City. Lori's unique set of skills and excellent customer service have proven to be a great asset to our HOA clients.
In addition to her background in construction and customer service, Lori is continuing her education by attending various seminars that focus on effective management of planned unit developments. Most recently she has attended, "Establishing and Operating Homeowner Associations in Washington," Condominium and Planned Community Practice in Washington," and "The Essentials of Community Association Management." These seminars have enhanced her knowledge and understanding of fundamental legal issues related to homeowner associations and condominiums.
