Friendly Parking Services™ prefers to think of parking as an ASSET. It is a necessary element for commerce and entertainment. It is an opportunity for investment. Properly managed, it is a key ingredient to a successful business.
Friendly Parking Services™ was created to bring a new level of service and vision to the management of your asset. We are a locally owned parking management company whose goal is very simple: provide unsurpassed service to our clients, and to those who use their parking facilities. We are affiliated with Kiemle & Hagood Co., Spokane’s preeminent commercial real estate company. With over 32 years of experience, Kiemle & Hagood Co. formed Friendly Parking Services™ to fill a need. Too often parking management is an afterthought, and is based upon a model of enforcement rather than customer service. Our goal is to create a positive experience for your customers, while at the same time assuring maximum return to the property owner.
All decisions will be made locally, in a timely manner. Our employees will put customer service first. We will create an environment that makes it easy for the customer to park in your facility. We will provide accurate and timely accounting of our activities. We will be innovative in our approaches to providing service. In short, we will make parking a positive experience for all.
Friendly Parking Services™ will provide a full array of service options. No property is too small or large. We manage attended and non-attended facilities, garages and surface lots, valet services, event parking, and provide consulting, acquisition, design, layout, and construction services. Simply said, if it relates to parking, we will create a service option to fit your need.

Director of Friendly Parking Services™
Jack L. Rountree
Jack is a Spokane native and brings a wealth of experience and vision to the Kiemle & Hagood Company team.
Jack worked for a large West Coast parking management and investment firm for 17 years. His career included construction management, contracting and property management, in addition to his role as a parking operations manager. He was ultimately named Regional Vice President for Eastern Washington.
Prior to joining Kiemle & Hagood Company, Jack was the local manager for a national parking management firm. In addition to his parking management experience, Jack has over 20 years business experience, including ownership of two companies in the materials handling field.
