Cheryl Klein is a Community Association Manager for Kiemle & Hagood Company, the Inland Northwest's largest property management and commercial real estate company. Cheryl joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in July 2011 and works closely with Board of Directors, Finance Committees and Homeowners to manage all financial aspects of a Community Association. Cheryl is responsible for reporting the monthly financial results for all Associations and preparing the annual budgets and other financial related information.
Cheryl is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Idaho and a seasoned professional with 20 years in administrative, sales and sales management experience. In addition to her duties at Kiemle & Hagood Company, Cheryl is a life-long resident of Coeur d'Alene and is an active member of the community.
