Ryan Walters is a Property Manager in the Commercial Management Division for Kiemle & Hagood Company, one of Spokane's largest real estate companies specializing in sales, leasing, and management of commercial/investment properties.  Ryan is a Spokane native who received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.  Ryan is a licensed REALTOR® in the State of Washington who specializes in commercial property management.

In addition to his responsibilities as Property Manager, Ryan is actively involved with community organizations.  Some of them include Spokane Society of Young Professionals, Valley Real Life and Sigma Phi Epsilon Education Foundation.

Prior to joining Kiemle & Hagood Company, Ryan worked for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Headquarters in Richmond, VA.  As a Regional Director, he consulted with 18 universities in Southern California and Arizona challenging college men to live their best lives.  As Director of Expansion, he advanced the fraternity's mission by starting new franchises at Stanford University, Wake Forest University, University of Arkansas and North Carolina State University.
