Kiemle & Hagood Company manages a variety of HUD subsidized apartments for the elderly (62 and older), families, chronically mentally ill and those with special needs (physically disabled and HIV/AIDS). Income restrictions apply for all apartment communities and, where applicable, verification of disability and age are required. See below for application information or call 838-6541.

Mantio Garden Apartments is a smoke free, 60 unit senior complex located on Spokane's south hill. The recreation room and computer center are a focal point of this building and pull the residents into impromptu board games, puzzles and computer games. The puzzles the residents have put together decorate the hallways on each of the floors. Planned activities, on-site laundry, computer center and patio are only a few amenities of this facility. Manito Gardens provides housing for seniors, chronically mentally ill, physically disabled and mobility impaired.
