Tracy Burnette is a Community Association Manager for Kiemle & Hagood Company, Spokane's largest property management and commercial real estate company. Tracy joined Kiemle & Hagood Company in September 2008 and works closely with the Board of Directors, Finance Committees and Homeowners to manage all financial aspects of the Association. Tracy is responsible for reporting the monthly financial results for all Associations and preparing the annual budgets, and other financial related information. Tracy provides excellent customer service to all clients, vendors and homeowners interacting in a personable and professional manner and quickly responding to their needs.
Tracy has six years experience working in Community Association Management, and received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
